Her practices involves assisting business owners and employees obtain work permits and authorizations such as intra-company transfers and Labour Market Impact Assessments (including under the Global Talent Stream). Zeynab is involved in Toronto's tech community and regularly represents Canadian start-ups in bringing foreign talent to Canada as well as assisting start-up companies to come to Canada either through the start-up visa program.
Zeynab regularly represents clients before the Immigration Appeal Division and the Federal Court of Canada representing clients in residency obligation, sponsorship or removal appeals and applications for judicial review as well as other types of enforcement matters. She is an ardent advocate for use of using technology to better deliver legal services and increase access to justice. She regularly speaks and writes on the topic of immigration and citizenship law developments and policy.
Sabah represents clients in a wide range of immigration matters. Sabah routinely assists businesses and professional clients in applications such as intra-company transfers, significant benefit work permits, LMIA based work permits and Start-up visa applications.
Sabah's practice includes advising international students from the start of their studies in Canada, planning for eligibility under the Federal Skilled Work or Canadian Experience Class or Provincial Nominee Programs, applying for Post Graduation Work Permits and permanent residency. She assists international students and temporary workers maintain their status and resolve visa issues that may arise.
Sabah works closely with clients with in IAD appeals, and has extensive experience in assisting clients in Federal Court judicial review applications. Before joining our firm, Sabah interned at a renowned immigration and refugee law firm and worked on humanitarian and compassionate PR applications and detention review cases.
Ella runs a comprehensive practice that supports corporations and individuals. Her practice includes assisting clients with permanent residence applications under Express Entry (Canadian Experience Class, Federal Skilled Worker, Federal Skilled Trades and Provincial Nominees), family class sponsorships and H&C applications, as well as temporary residence applications such as work permits and authorizations (including Intra-Company Transfers and Professionals under USMCA, GATS, CETA and TPP, Labour Market Impact Assessments, GSS) study permits and visitor visas applications.
Ella's regularly advises clients with understanding compliance requirements and responding to compliance reviews and audits under the IMP and TFWP programs, and preparing applications to overcome inadmissibility.
Before joining our firm, Ella worked in large multinational firm in downtown Toronto focusing on immigration law. Besides work, she is a musician of Yangqin and a keen percussionist. She is fluent in both English and Mandarin.
